PSORTb v.3.0 Dataset:

The dataset used to train the current version of PSORTb (v.3.0) is available below in FASTA format. The dataset contains Gram-negative, Gram-positive and archaeal proteins. Each protein's record contains the NCBI GI number, name, and experimentally verified localization site on the FASTA header line.

PSORTb is maintained by the Brinkman Laboratory, Simon Fraser University, British Columbia, Canada. Until the manuscript for PSORTb v.3.0 is released, if you use the PSORTb dataset in your research, we would greatly appreciate if you cite the following publication:
