Submit a Sequence to the archived version of PSORT-B (v.1.1.2)

Important: This is NOT the current version of PSORT-B. The current version can be found here. We are maintaining this first release as a service to our users, but we encourage all users to upgrade to the latest version of the program.

This version only supports Gram-negative proteins. For Gram-positive proteins, please use PSORT-B v.2.0.

Archived PSORT-B v.1.1.2 results for 77 Gram-negative sequenced genomes are available here.
